Who coordinates the sale transaction?
Hey, this is Sean with Unlimited Real Estate Solutions. Oftentimes, when I’m speaking with sellers in Delaware County who want to sell their house for cash, they’ll ask who is going to handle the transaction? In other words, who’s going to make sure we get from signing the contract to the closing table with minimal interruptions?
So typically, if you go through a realtor, they’ll have a sales coordinator or a transaction coordinator to do that. For us, it’s myself, along with our team of the title company, sometimes there’s an attorney involved. But basically, you’ll communicate through me any questions or concerns you have. We’ll email, we’ll handle phone calls through the title company. The title company will handle all that backend paperwork, like the title search and tax certifications, making sure all the water and sewer bills are up-to-date.
But as myself as the buyer, I try and make it as simple as possible for you and take on as much work as possible. So if that sounds interesting, you have any more questions, or you want to discuss the sale of your home, please give us a call, or you can contact us through the form on our website. I look forward to hearing from you. Take care.
