Unlimited Real Estate Solutions was founded by husband and wife team, Shawn and Lauren, back in 2015. As school teachers in the community, they wanted to find more ways to positively impact the community outside of education.

Over the past few years, they have been slowly growing and developing their business, allowing them to renovate homes in Southern Maryland, Wilmington, and throughout Chester and Delaware Counties. They have been able to help families with a clean, beautiful property to call home.

We strive to help homeowners sell their properties no matter the situation and condition of the property. While doing so we make the process of selling their house as simple and easy as possible. We provide clean, safe, beautiful homes that people can be proud of.

My name is Shawn, I am the founder and Operations Manager for Unlimited Real Estate Solutions. I love what I do because I get the opportunity to create win-win situations for everyone, not just myself.

In addition to buying and selling properties, I also work in a local middle school as a special education teacher. Just like in teaching, I believe if you are sincere in your business and you SERVE first, you will be successful. My company is no different.

My ultimate goal is to provide a real, practical solution. I have no problem directing potential sellers that come to me who need to sell their house, to another source, if I feel that would be best for them. I would like to think we are not the typical “We Buy Houses” company. We are a family-owned company with family values. We strive to provide great customer support EVEN if we don’t buy your house.
