This is Sean [inaudible 00:00:01] and I am here at our latest rental property project. We are making some progress so I wanted to take you guys through and we can check it out.
So downstairs we had that converted garage. We did some drywall work down here. We’re currently putting down some luxury vinyl plank. Put some new tile down in the bathroom, got a new pan, and we’re going to put some new inserts in there, get it all straightened up.
Got some rough work done here. Had a new system put in, new water heater. And we’ll probably continue the LVP in here, so it’ll be a nice living or storage space for whoever decides to rent it out.
Coming upstairs. LVP down in our main living area. You’ll see we took down those mirrored walls. We also, you won’t be able to tell now because it’s little dark out, but we put brand new roof awning down there. Got the kitchen prepped, cabinets in. Granite should be coming in next week, appliances in a couple weeks. Hopefully getting this squared away by the end of the month here. Now we’ll head upstairs.
So we’ve got flooring down upstairs. Everything’s been cleaned out. See in the bathroom here. Got most of this work done. Floors are laid. Just have some drywall work and paint to do. Shower’s tiled.
And then lastly, got a nice big primary bedroom now. We took out that closet that was there to open it up, so you don’t feel closed in when you walk in. You have a nice big space. We fixed that roof leak, put a new roof on it. And we should be ready to go in a couple weeks here to advertise and hopefully get somebody in here renting it out before the end of the year.
