Do I have to use a realtor to sell my house?

And the short answer is no. The majority of the times that we purchase homes, the transaction occurs directly between ourselves as the buyers and the homeowner as the seller. Now we always do use an appropriate third party, so whether that be a closing attorney or a licensed title company to handle all the paperwork and proper documentation.
I will recommend two sellers to go through their own attorney if that would make them feel more comfortable. But our documentation is pretty simple and clear.
